On Thursday, March 8, 2012, the Piedmont Triad SCPP teamed up with the Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors and offered a realtor training course on Smart Growth. The instructor, John Rosshirt, CRS, GRI, GREEN, SRES, was supplied by the National Association of Realtors. Approximately 40 attended and learned:
• What Smart Growth is.
• Why smart real estate professionals are learning about Smart Growth.
• Why the demand for Smart Growth is increasing.
• How Smart Growth makes “cents” for all of us.
